Installation of new pipework or fittings or alterations to existing pipework or fittings. Installation, repair, or alteration to any other fixtures. Excludes work needed to create access to the existing pipework for connection. This will be charged in addition to the advertised price. Excludes any building, drainage or electrical work. If we are unable to gain access to the property, our standard cancellation fee may apply.
